This report is packed with insightful stats. The one that jumped out at me was, "A striking 76% of job seekers favor companies Certified as great workplaces." New research by Great Place To Work reveals that employee retention is influenced by three factors: how employees feel about their workplace, their place in it, and the financial cost of losing employees. The report also discusses the impact of purpose, pride, fun, workplace flexibility, and office mandates on retention. Competitive salaries and benefits are important but not the only factor in retaining top talent. Access the report for more insights: https://bit.ly/4b8mKqi.
