Some cool insights for me: 👉 Intentionally changing small details of the physical environment, like adding colorful decor to meetings, to subtly influence moods, mindsets and collaboration among employees. 👉 Leveraging mass media campaigns and community events to rally positive herd behaviors and social proof at large scales to encourage widespread changes, like in sustainability practices. 👉 Using incentives and compensation structures to directly align employee behaviors with business goals. For example, modifying a plumbing company's payment model to incentivize on-time completion of jobs rather than charging per unit of work, to better meet customer needs. #changemanagement #HumanCenteredDesign
