We are looking for an HR executive to oversee our HR operations, who is also responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR activities and operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities: *Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. *Maintain and track attendance regularly. *Report to the HR Lead about the day-to-day operations. *Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files. *Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. *Plan employee engagement activities from time to time. *Create JDS according to the requirements set by the HR Lead. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. * Strong communication skills.
