The UK is facing a shortfall of new homes, with the delivery of homes for social and affordable rent particularly affected. 🚀 Exciting News: We're expanding to Europe! Today, we're thrilled to announce the opening of the first permanent office in mainland Europe for the Octopus Group, located in the heart of Madrid's financial district. This marks a major milestone for Octopus as we extend our footprint into new territories. Spain emerged as the ideal location, aligning with our expertise and long-term growth vision in the real estate sector. We will focus primarily on living and healthcare properties, with plans to expand our existing strategies across Europe over the next two to three years. Our first strategy in Spain is a European value-add retirement living initiative.
