We've been seeing the same trend at Smart Twigs as Matt Watson at Full Scale. As Thomas Dohmke at GitHub points out, there seems to be an incredible growing demand for Senior Engineers that can use AI and LLMs like Google Bard, OpenAI's Chat GPT and GitHub Copilot to multiply output, despite the results in performance. Bottom line, there is still huge demand, but to some degree a higher bar to meet.
