Your part is way too weird to fixture! 😖 Don’t worry, this AMAZING adaptive clamping system from Christian Bewer GmbH has you covered. This is the Bewer Pintec system and it can fixture just about anything. Rather than trying to fixture against flat surfaces, these devices use a series of moving lockable pins to hold your awkward parts in a nice comfortable position. Okay, probably not comfortable but you get the point. They even have a powered version (pintecpower) that is strong enough to hold awkwardly shaped parts while machining them! 💪 I just stumbled across these and though ya’ll might find them useful too.
