It's hard to believe that just knowing the "next best action" to suggest to a customer is enough to move them. There are so many other variables involved. You need to test a wide variety of options: timing, offer, creative, etc. Doing that kind of multivariate testing requires AI. I have seen OfferFit's solution, and it works. I have been extremely impressed by NotebookLM, https://notebooklm.google/ since I discovered it late last night. It has an audio overview function that can be fully automatic and acts like a tech news show with a virtual host and expert, to question whatever data sets you have uploaded. I used it vs. a legal opinion last night, but today I used it against my personal pet project pizza4ever which serves as a test bench for everything AI, including tactics and strategy, product development, code, financing, and more. This is a 10-minute deep-dive into a document dump from my pizza bot, exploring nearly everything. It could easily be airplanes or space stations.
