Holistic Flexible Office Strategy | Infrastructure & Tech, Acquisition, Conversion, Retention

Simon Eastlake this is an important point in the evolution of #cre. #servicedoffices used to be a sub niche of the landscape. They morphed into #coworking but still retained a distinctly "separate" identity from conventional real estate. Now momentum is building towards significant parts of real estate assets evolving into #flexspace as landlords recognise the value add for customers. Is it a risk to existing flex brands? Yes. By virtue of sheer scale and the fact that "flex" as we know it is becoming less unique as it enters the mainstream at landlord level and as such introduces huge competition. Is it an opportunity? Also yes. As flex reaches critical mass and valuation metrics for the class are accepted, established successful brands will become go-to partners to deliver the returns. Just my late night two cents. 👍
