Looking for opportunities in the south Wales area

When Friday hits, it's a good opportunity to look back on the week's achievements and plan your week ahead. Officially, we are at the end of week 2 for Carlton Young. We've registered a significant number of applicants and contacted numerous businesses. It has certainly been a busy month! One thing I have noticed is that applicants appear to be struggling to sell themselves on their CVs and are applying for multiple roles that don't seem suited to them. Also, one of the biggest frustrations I am hearing is that applicants are not receiving any acknowledgment for their applications. Are these common frustrations for you?
