Reasons for CNC disassembly processing: 1. The prototype size is too large, exceeding the machining range. Each CNC machine has a fixed processing size. If the prototype size is too large and exceeds the processing range, it needs to be disassembled into 2 or several parts for machining. After machining, the parts are reassembled into a whole. The advantage of disassembly processing is saving time and materials: in CNC prototyping, disassembling parts can sometimes save a lot of material. 2. The prototype has a complex structure, there may be situations where CNC cannot cut properly, or some very small structures that the CNC tool cannot reach, necessitating disassembly for processing. #cncmachining #cncmahciningprototype
