This was vividly demonstrated in a recent RFID system demo with a skeptical client. During the demo, our RFID system accurately tracked inventory, despite the client's initial doubt: Client's challenge: Insisted an item was missing after the system counted 99 instead of 100. Response: Confident in our technology, I proposed checking the storage area. Resolution: Validation of Technology A second scan reaffirmed the count. Persistence led us to discover the "missing" item exactly where our system indicated – in storage, unaccounted for by human error.
