What are your first impressions about your landing at SOLAR MEMS? ☄ I must confess that I am pleasantly surprised with what I have found during these months at SOLAR MEMS. I am currently very satisfied with the work we do and delighted with the environment and staff at SMT. I am very happy to be able to contribute my knowledge to the production section, and we are developing many improvements and achieving very good results in this department. What are the key performance indicators (KPIs) you use to evaluate production efficiency? 💎 Our main indicator that we never lose sight of is OnTimeDelivery (OTD), with a priority on meeting delivery deadlines in terms of time, form, and product quality. This involves daily monitoring of all productions and solutions to any possible deviations that may occur. The performance of the production team and the percentage of success of products manufactured the first time (FTY/First Time Yield) are also important to us. How do you plan and manage production projects to ensure deadlines are met in a highly regulated environment? 🤖 Daily monitoring of production and resources is carried out, always keeping in mind the available productive capacity at any given time. Depending on the workload, projects are planned, establishing provisioning and manufacturing periods, relying on Lean Manufacturing tools for production management.
