Stepping out of my comfort zone, I proposed a discussion topic, leading to an unexpectedly engaging session that drew more attendees than chairs! 💡 Deep Dives: Growing a Tech Team: What began as my modest contribution evolved into a rich dialogue, highlighting the universal challenges and ambitions we face in scaling tech teams. We navigated the nuances of team structures, the in-house versus agency debate, and shared invaluable insights on expansion strategies. Productivity Insights: Participating in a session on productivity, we collectively recognized the importance of balancing quantitative metrics with qualitative growth, underlining a holistic approach to enhancing productivity. 🌈 Closing Thoughts: This unconference was a melting pot of ideas, fostering open dialogue and shared learning.
