I turned 50 this year and have certainly been facing some mind and body changes…   My mum never talked about the menopause but looking back it was clear she was struggling but “just got on with it” with very little support. I read "Manage your Menopause Naturally" a great resource if you want to try to navigate the Menopause naturally. 🥇 Rebekah Brown is the brains behind LIMINAL | this female hormone health co-creation platform, delivering community, products and programmes provides a full support network. 🥇 The Cornish Seaweed Bath Co.| like skin, hair changes drastically and these products adapt brilliantly. Sustainably harvested wild Atlantic seaweed in West Cornwall.
