Don’t buy ever this bike , if you order today , before pay they will say will deliver the bike with in 20 din, post pay they will deliver after 60 days, then from day 2 you will face issue ( horn, break, start issue ) , you are already having Ola care plus , but you will not get home service , they will give you service after 6 months , by that you will have another 100 issue . You will be frustrated. #no_ola

I have made a complaint for last 15 days and there is no solution till date. I send messages daily and you say daily, how long will this continue? You do not reply to the message and do not give any solution. What is needed. The biggest wrong decision of my life is taking your company's car. If I knew you would lie like that, I would have never taken it. I complained to the customer care, they raised the ticket and the ticket was closed without any resolution. This is what I saw from you, if the problem can not be solved, close the company, there is no need for such a lying company.

@OlaElectric Do you guys understand the meaning of priority ? It’s been a month & I don’t have update of my vehicle at the service centre in Bangalore. Ola Electric has the worst service. Please do not buy!

Dear Mr. Aggrawal, I believe you may be underestimating the impact of a dissatisfied customer. A negative experience can easily lead to widespread criticism of your PRODUCT. It is concerning that your service team is replacing parts of scooters without prior notice and substituting them with older, damaged items. This approach is causing unnecessary stress for customers and is completely unacceptable in any situation.

Extremely disappointed with my #OlaS1Pro experience. My bike (TS15FJ6834) keeps breaking down and goes into a dead condition regularly. Despite multiple complaints, there’s no response from the support team! As someone who believed in the #LocalVocal concept, I’m shocked by the poor service. I urge everyone to think twice before investing in OLA bikes – it’s been a complete waste of money for me. Terrible customer experience. #OLABikeIssues #CustomerServiceFail

Do not launch any new products until the customer service. Go to your repairing workshop so you will understand the people pain. Other wise you will soon become another bayju.
