Believing in #God is a deeply personal journey that varies among individuals. Some find belief through religious upbringing and cultural influence, while others seek intellectual reasoning or personal mystical experiences. Various forms of #religion, including Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Judaism, offer structured paths to belief. Crucial elements and milestones in this journey include overcoming doubts, coping with suffering, and building a personal relationship with God through prayer, study, and more. "The best person is the one who is best for all of creation." Across different religions, the essence of being the best human is deeply rooted in showing kindness, compassion, and care for all of creation. Here's how some of the world's major religions emphasize this universal truth: 1.Islam: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “The best of people are those that bring the most benefit to the rest of mankind.” (Hadith - Daraqutni) 2. Christianity: The Bible teaches, “Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.” (Mark 12:31, NIV) 3. Hinduism: The Bhagavad Gita states, “He who has no ill will to any being, who is friendly and compassionate, free from ego and possessiveness, and even-minded in pain and pleasure, and forgiving…” (Bhagavad Gita 12:13) 4.Judaism:The Torah states, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” (Leviticus 19:18) 5.Buddhism: The Dhammapada teaches, “Hatred does not cease by hatred, but only by love; this is the eternal rule.” (Dhammapada 1:5) No matter our beliefs, being kind and helpful to all living beings is a shared value that unites us. Let's strive to be the best versions of ourselves by uplifting others and being a source of goodness in the world. Reflect around selfawareness and assertiveness. Dr Dharius Daniels is more adress the relationship to self and God then vague abstract concepts: Its more meaningful whatever is very specific and clear; Spirituality takes intentionality. One point on aspect and asset of Jesus : really into assertiveness and passion -not passivity or aggressivity. Many pictures of passivity people have is not understanding Jesus confront religious hypocrisy as well as exploitation in the church . If you dont understand principle of assertiveness there is no satisfaction in life or intentionality and value added in real relationships - One cant be passive or in conveniant commitment and satisfied. To get what you want takes fighting for it. Freedom is not something you ask the one that keep you in bondage. ..The devil is a liar. The Israel people did not ask Pharao to let them go. God said : Let my people go! Freedom is a response to what you fight for.You elevate yourself by pursue Gods ideas and invite Spirit. No codependency to anyone fix what God wants you fix in your life. Gods ideas is for everybody- but you must claim it for yourself in your own life.Interdependence - not hyperindividualism or codependence create good relationships , satisfaction, added values and teamwork...#Focus #Challenge #Spirituality #EQ #Hope

Virtues vary across different religions, each emphasizing values and principles that guide moral behavior and ethical conduct. Whether in Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, or Sikhism, virtues play a significant role in shaping the moral character and spiritual development of believers. These virtues serve as guiding principles for living a righteous and virtuous life, promoting compassion, kindness, integrity, and social responsibility. Here are some important virtue's that are highlighted in Bible, the Holy book of Christianity. 1. *Love:* "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs." - 1 Corinthians 13:4-5 2. *Humility:*"Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others." - Philippians 2:3-4 3. *Faith:* "Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see." - Hebrews 11:1 4. *Patience:* "But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently." - Romans 8:25 These passages from the Bible illustrate the emphasis on virtues such as love, faith, humility, patience, and charity in Christian teachings. #BiblicalVirtues #FaithAndValues #ChristianCharacter #VirtuesOfFaith #Ethics #SpiritualGrowth #mentalhealthmatters #positivepsychology

Many people think going to church is a spiritual path, Praying every day is a spiritual path, Do meditation is a spiritual path. But the first and most important thing is understanding what a man made world really means. (Spiritual). SO - it means ? Relating to or affecting the human spirit or soul as opposed to the material or the physical Body. Then the second word - Soul. What is it really. Just like the Bible is goes back to another word. The spiritual or immaterial part of a human, that believed to be immortal. Now we have another word that man made that is not provable to the normal religions. So we will be going into the highest truth not story land. But you need to make the decision do you want to learn the truth that will slowly remove everything you thought you knew. It is the hardest path to truly follow. https://lnkd.in/gQ3YZRsi

“Who can be truly called religious?” “A TRUE MAN OF A TRUE RELIGION has no anxiety, fear (Nirbhau) or insecurity for he is always aligned with divine will (Hukam) & lives in acceptance of the same. He feels no hatred (Nirvair) as he knows that all is manifestation of the same light and yet he acknowledges that everyone has different internal states. Rigid external activities, lifeless rituals or societal worship patterns do not excite him, but his conviction lies in the “transformation of self” through understanding & implementation of spiritual knowledge (Gyan Main Dhyaan).” “Is he a worldly man?” “Although he is engaged & active in the external world to fulfil his worldly responsibilities, but he lives in contentment (Satt Santokh) within. Although, he is attached to loved ones, but he lives in awareness (Dhyaan) of the transitory nature of everything (Maaya) thus cultivating a detached living without compromising his worldly duties. He does not believe in creating a following, but he feels encouraged to spread the message of TRUTH (Aatam Gyaan) and thus in a world filled with so many excitements, his only true source of joy is contemplation (Shabd Veechar) of TRUTH.” “In short who is he?” “Someone who is no longer a victim of inner vices & fluctuations (Bairaag) but has acquired mastery over his mind. To unite with the source (Yog), he contemplated & imbibed the traits of ONE. However, someone like that is extremely rare.”- #spirituality #motivation #leadership #spiritual #wisdom

FLASH BACK OF (2022/05/04) THEISM-ATHEISM IS NOT UNKNOWN/UNKNOWABLE Anyway, I think your understanding that theism and atheism make claim of the unknown/unknowable is rather an extreme philosophical position. For reality is not material in nature: that which is visible is a product of an original invisible idea. And the field of philosophy makes provisions for opposing camps which makes what is real or knowledgeable to one probably not real or knowledgeable to the other, depending on one's ideological position. Personally,I do not just believe but also know that God exists. But the existence of God is nevertheless a Transcendental reality. Hence, it's superiority to logical verifiability and empirical evidentiality of course makes its apprehensions practically difficult for and to those who don't have its propensity of understanding. "Salvation, Sozo in Greek, shares the same meaning shalom an Hebrew inclusive term." Yes! Sozo and shalom are both connected to concepts of wellbeing, but with some nuances. Sozo (Greek): This word carries a broad meaning of "to save, deliver, heal, and make whole." In the New Testament, it's often used for salvation through faith in Jesus. But it can also refer to physical healing, deliverance from oppression, or inner wholeness. Shalom (Hebrew): This word has a richer meaning than just "salvation." It encompasses ideas of peace, wholeness, completeness, harmony, and well-being in all aspects of life - physical, relational, and spiritual. Shalom can refer to peace between individuals, communities, and even humanity with God. Here's how they connect: Shared concept of wellbeing: Both terms point to a state of wholeness, free from harm or brokenness. Sozo emphasizes the act of saving or delivering to reach that state, while shalom describes the state itself. Connection in Christian theology: Some Christians see sozo as a fulfillment of the broader shalom God desires for humanity. Jesus' ministry, bringing salvation (sozo), is seen as a step towards achieving ultimate shalom. #standoutcoachingacademy #coaching #soca #leadership #SCIA #wlgm #ng #SMART #socatv #nja #powerliving #networking #pastorlennie #breakfast #morningdevotion #changers #people #nextgen #leadership #works #industry #USA #motivation #alexihama #goalsetting2024 #bvov #paulamichellewhite #kennethcopelandministersconference #schoolofgreatnessnigeria

𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝟐𝟗 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲! 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿 Christ and Christianity are almost synonymous. But in the name of the "Son of God", have we lost the essence of the incredible humanity that Jesus embodied? Perhaps it is time we bring the spirit of Jesus back into our hearts. 𝙎𝙖𝙙𝙝𝙜𝙪𝙧𝙪: When we say “Jesus”, we are not referring to a man who lived 2000 years ago, but to a certain possibility within every human being. It is essential that every individual allows this quality to flower within him, because today in the name of religion, people are willing to take each other’s lives. In our aspirations for the divine, we are losing our Humanity. The most significant aspect of Jesus’s teaching was about living without prejudice, without seeing who is yours and who is not yours. Only then would one know the kingdom of God. He clearly said, “The Kingdom of God is not somewhere up there, it is within you.” Only in the initial “marketing phase” did Jesus talk about taking you to the Kingdom of God. Once enough people had gathered around him, he turned around and said, “The Kingdom of God is within you.” That is the crux of his teaching. Unfortunately, 99% of the population is missing something so fantastic within themselves. If it was somewhere far away, you may not wish to make the journey. But when it is right here and you miss, isn’t that a tragedy? If the Kingdom of God is within you, you must explore it within; it is as simple as that. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡? There are scientific methods that give access to that dimension within you which is the very source of creation; the very body that you carry is created from within. Jesus didn’t have enough time in his life to propound science, so he spoke about faith because it is a quick way. When he said, “Only children will enter the kingdom of God,” he was not talking about little children, he was talking about one who is childlike, one who doesn't have foregone conclusions about everything; unprejudiced. Whatever conclusion you make, you are bound to be wrong, because life does not fit into any of your conclusions. Neither life nor the source of life will yield to one who has too many conclusions. If you keep that baggage down, it is very simple.
