Hi Ole, interesting take and one I see in recruitment world too. There is often a competitive tender process to get approved supplier status. This is something we don't do because it compromises results and best service to the customer. I take the view the world has lots of opportunity and there are enough customers out there that will value your offer, so work on identifying and closing those ones. This outlook caused a lot less headache, stress and is better for everyone on sustainable relationships. My best to you for 2024.

10moTenders come and go… who remembers the online auctions that were a total waste of time… The attempt of building computer models for purchase have proven to very often be an attempt to drain information from the bidders. Winners of tenders were sometimes neglected and the one that finally was awarded the tender turned out to be a company that was not able to deliver. The times of KYC or ‘know your supplier’ should create a better bond between the players in our industry and encourage open communication without hiding beyond a computer steered buying of selling model. That being said - let’s make sure to continue to network in person and make sure you meet the people you buy from or sell to…
