Imposter Syndrome. I get this all lot. But I’ve learned not to shy away from it. Every time Skill Collective sign up a new client, I’ll be honest, it scares the sh*t out of me. But in a good way. It makes me feel and think, why us? Even though I know why, I still feel that. That feeling of pride. The feeling of being completely humbled. I’ve got it this week. But I’m not shying away. Instead, I’ve learned to embrace it. Why? Because it’s a sign that we are stretching ourselves and our capabilities. It’s a sign we need to further level up. It’s a sign that we care.
