The ‘FTSE Women Leaders 2024’ Report is out and we’re proud of our progress 🙌 ⭐ We were placed 41st in the FTSE 250, up from 61st last year ⭐ There are now 163 FTSE 250 companies with at least one woman in the four key roles, Chair, Senior Independent Director, CEO & Finance Director. Of these, HL have a woman in three of the four key roles, and 20 companies each have two women in the four key roles. According to the #WellsFargo Impact of Women-Owned Business report, 14 million women-owned businesses now generate $2.7 trillion!
