The University research projects get transformed into sustainable businesses, so that ideas and theory can reach the consumer to better their every day life. When the businesses grow it is easy to hire the fresh crowd of students that gaduate every year. It's close to the airport, for international business deals, as well as close to the capital for the domestic market.
