You may noticed that some architects place an orthogonal pool in front of the entrance, but in vertical direction (the longest line vertically to the entrance). This can be a really good practice, it's pro Feng Shui but you need to pay attention to some minor but significant details before designing it. So, let me share them with you... The pools are associated with the water element and according to Feng Shui, the water element is connected with financial flow and career opportunities. By placing the pool vertically to the entrance, you can imagine the flow of water (financial opportunities) entering the house, which is something very positive. But here's the significant detail...the pool's deepest and highest point should have an angle that signifies that with the gravity, the water flows to the house - with a small angle. Because in the opposite case, it signifies that the financial opportunities (water) drain away from the house. Of course, for many people these theories and practices may have no sense, but the very details are what make home owners experiencing a really abundant and happy life. So, not everyone will resonate with this, or not anyone will consider to learn more about Feng-Shui and apply it to their designs. Marbella is now globally renowned as a "paradise" for real estate companies that invest in, develop, buy, and sell minimalist villas. These villas are gems in the hands of real estate professionals, exuding beauty, functional design, and spaciousness. Their appeal to high-end buyers makes them ideal for a smooth selling process and high-returns. The traditional architectural process that many architects follow includes design variations. However, how much time does it really take for an architectural team to present multiple different variations of the original design, complete with stunning graphics, so the client can fully understand the concept? In my architectural design service, I include at least 5 variations of the initial design, delivered in a short timeframe. This is made possible by the next-generation systems I use, which enable me to present these variations with graphics that effectively "communicate" the final result to the client. This approach significantly enhances client satisfaction and expedites the decision-making process for the final design. Moreover, by utilizing high-quality graphics, clients gain a realistic sense of their new home. This realism is crucial, as it evokes positive emotions and leads to more confident, secure decisions.
