Must be a real pleasure folks for company directors like Damian Sanders & John Gallemore at THG with managerial responsibility to be awarded 'Nil Cost' share options albeit at the expense of long suffering investors and who are quite clearly culpable for the missed trading forecasts and very poor company performance! ...See the overriding problem is that THG will never be profitable and has never made a profit since inception whilst share dilution will long continue into the future with these rather redundant free share options that you like to give away but as usual the tripe will always try and conceal its 'Real' financial metrics away from prying eyes with that thing called EBITDA sadly! In addition, sentiment is all but dead here with menial share volumes and when that happens its an incredibly long and winding road back to Tipperary and there's certainly no guarantee it will happen either which is of even greater significance when the company is based on very little substance anyway! ...But isn't it great THG to highlight to the masses when something is so clearly 'Fake' with all that hoopla hey!

Share awards galore for the executive goons at THG and further dilution for long suffering investors but for doing or achieving what exactly and shouldn't those awards be based on performance rather than a longstanding under performing share price...And to play the argument there's a disconnect between the actual share price and the company's fundamentals is just redundant because the 'Market' is very rarely wrong in valuing companies accordingly when they are forward discounted! ...Anyway, it seems Mr Matthew Moulding is starting to become anxious folks because theres only one real reason for all this personal promotion and thats to build an even greater stronghold on his pride and joy with his 'Inner Circle' without any interference from 'Outside Noise' for all his ongoing incompetence as the company's supremo or some may say the 'Donkey Kong of the North' except it will make little difference in future as the tripe is destined to fade away into just an irrelevance much like the chav himself sadly but with ones rather fortuitous nature providing a helping hand thus far which to be fair never lasts for long anyway, you get found out for what you truly are but no prizes for guessing what that is hey! ...By the way, I hear through the grapevine that you're actually a CA Mr Moulding!...Really, because I find it rather astonishing how you cannot even forecast with any real veracity only three months earlier when you have live metrics to hand but surely you could have used AI for such basic calculations if its a real struggle to do it otherwise as you're 'Tech' after all...Supposedly!...And were you recruited as an FM through a friend of a friend of a longtime dear friend as it would make an awful lot of sense!

You must be rather foolish Matthew Moulding of THG to write such an ill-considered LinkedIn post earlier today of some 'Coherent & Stable Business Strategy' you sadly like to believe you have because to others its very bizarre and incredibly worrying to say the least following your rather lacklustre first quarter update today but I'm loving all the financial creativity in your interims once again of trying to elude investors or some may say the 'Fateful' hey! ...So THG, your beauty arm has seen 'Inorganic' revenue growth of 9% YoY without currency depreciation (which by the way other listed companies know how to accomodate accordingly so is it more of passing the blame onto anything to save your bacon!) yet it makes no profit and Nutrition is seeing growth fall by a whopping 9% and is clearly regressing and continues to with those live metrics you struggle to interpret with all your forecasting but as I've told you in the past it was to be expected not like the blatant lies of Nadia Georgieva who told the masses in her most recent LinkedIn post about how the tripe was seeing seven digit incremental growth hehe! ...In addition, significant sums have already been spent by the tripe to not only keep prices low and build brand loyalty but also sponsoring a mediocre formula one team which were all meant to provide the impetus to Myproteins future growth ambitions so what happened hey...Surely it's not that competition is rife across the board and your underlying markets have become so highly saturated with now even Amazon joining the par'tay and then you haven't got a chance in hell with thinking you're the 'Numero Uno' Nutrition company globally! ...And then we have THG Ingenuity which can't quite get that 'Long-awaited' whale the 'Fateful' have patiently been waiting for (three years and counting now is it!) but likes to prematurely celebrate to the market with achieving some non-entity with all that inconsequential GMV of brewsters millions! ...Ohh by the way, even a 'Dog of a Stock' has its day in the sun sometimes THG so enjoy it while you can because this is destined for the scrapyard to salvage anything it can get in future with all its frivolous spending of the past, make no bloody mistake!

Kelso totally agrees with Sir Tom Hunter in The Times article today (link below). Matthew Moulding has built a great company but the stock market doesn’t truly recognise its value. We also support Matt in his fight to show the City the true value. Whether splitting THG into three or by some other route, Kelso supports all such value enhancement strategies. THG PLC (LSE:THG) has announced it broke even in 2023 as revenue growth returned in the fourth quarter.  Revenue fell by 8.4% to just under £2 billion in the year to December on a continuing constant currency basis, the e-commerce firm reported on Tuesday. Fourth-quarter continuing revenue climbed by 1.1%, though, driven by THG’s Beauty and Ingenuity brands, bringing a return to growth after sales fell over each of the first three quarters. A return to growth supported the group to cash flow breakeven over the full year, compared to a £215 million outflow recorded in 2022. “A combination of automation and significant cost initiatives delivered in 2022, in addition to a receding inflationary environment, each played a key role,” chief executive Matthew Moulding said. Such automation drove significant cost savings per unit and allowed the company to process more sales over the year, THG said.
