Clearly I was really enjoying talking about regulation and trust at #MTW2023. Some big takeaways were the need to start preparing early for regulation, and to not only think from a compliance perspective but think about building trust (e.g., through an #aiethics strategy) as a core part of strengthening your commercial position.
