Hey Olly, love these lessons! Spot on about brands needing stand-out creatives to fight for attention. It reminds me of Apple's '1984' ad - it was so different from anything else at the time and really grabbed people's attention. And totally agree about overdelivering being a key habit for agencies - it's like that old saying, 'Under-promise and over-deliver'.
