At OLLY, we believe in showing up as our true selves 100% of the time. Which means feeling safe, seen, valued and heard inside and outside of the workplace. June is #PrideMonth—and this year, we’re here to support everyone—however you identify—in the celebration. We’re here to normalize being an ally. We’re here to do our part in creating safe spaces for all. So, how do we go about building safe spaces? Well, we can start with allyship. How are you demonstrating allyship today? Tell us how and share this with a friend. 🤝 #ollywellness #allyship #ally #prideMonth #mentalhealth #wellness

The answer to happiness lies in creating true intentional community within our workplaces. Because we spend most of our time there. And that’s where intentional community building is missing. Isn't that crazy? The good news is that there is a community strategy model that pretty much all people can follow to turn themselves into community first cultures, and I’ll share the steps. I now focus on community building in workplaces, for our overall collective happiness because we’re really missing it right now. But you can also apply this model to communities for social movements, business communities to attract more customers or even communities with small business owners who want to support each other's growth. Because community building is universal. Now, I wouldn't necessarily name every methodology with my last name, but I am Dutch, and in Dutch, my last name, Blijleven, means happy life. Really. And therefore it feels so fitting to start applying this happy life model also in our workplaces, because we can thrive through communities. Stronger communities equals Happier lives. So here's how you do it. The Happy Life Model is a four part strategy. In this short video you’ll see step 3 out of 4. Want to know the rest? Comment “Happy” and I’ll send you the link to the complete 18 min TEDx style talk about the power of communities.

In the workplace, fostering peace of mind means creating an environment where you feel empowered, clear-headed, and supported. It’s about setting boundaries, staying organized, and taking time to breathe amidst chaos. A calm, focused leader inspires a calm, focused team. At home, peace of mind means creating a sanctuary, a place to recharge so you can conquer tomorrow. When both home and work are in sync, you find yourself thriving in ways that go beyond just financial success. #PeaceAndProductivity #WorkplaceWellbeing #LeadershipWithCalm #MentalClarityMatters #HomeSanctuary #TuesdayFocus #StressFreeLiving

Letting go of what no longer serves me has been a journey of self-discovery and self-love. And prioritizing my well-being? That's become non-negotiable. It's a game-changer when your employer understands this. When Architus encourages me to take self-care days (we have 5 additional days off) and offer support to cope with stress, it's like they're saying, "We've got your back." Recently, they surprised me and Teresė Jokimaitė with a spa getaway, and let me tell you, it was a gift of pure joy. So, here's to embracing self-love, taking those moments of reflection, and cherishing workplaces that truly value our well-being. #wellbeing #supportiveculture
