🚨 June 2024 Visa Bulletin Update: EB2-NIW Category 🚨 The latest Visa Bulletin for June 2024 has been released, and it's crucial to note that there has been no movement in the EB2-NIW category across the Rest of the World "ROW", China Mainland, India, Mexico, and the Philippines. This stagnation is disheartening for many awaiting progress in their applications. It demonstrates the need for strategic planning and staying informed about potential shifts in immigration policy. Key Reasons for Stagnation: Visa Quotas and High Demand: The total annual limit for employment-based visas results in backlogs, particularly when demand exceeds supply in certain categories. Per-Country Caps: High demand from populous countries can exacerbate backlogs, leading to slower movement across all countries. USCIS Administrative Challenges: Changes in policy or administrative delays can also contribute to periods of no movement. The landscape of immigration is ever-changing, and staying proactive with the latest information is key to navigating it effectively. #ImmigrationLaw #VisaBulletin #EB2NIW #USCIS #GreenCard

Great interviewees = great case studies. Here's how it's done 😉
Natalia never thought she would be eligible for more than a successful US tourist visa application, until nudged... "The first US immigration lawyers I contracted try to fit you into the EB-2 NIW criteria because it’s what’s most scalable for them. They didn't do anything wrong but they also didn’t analyze my case in a personalized way,” says Natalia Rodriguez. As Natalia went deeper into the process, the EB-2 NIW application began to feel more like a one-size-fits-all solution 😢 Uncertain about whether she was on the right path, her time and resources 💸 at stake, Natalia wanted a solution that would truly reflect her qualifications and background. So here’s what she did 🔑 #USimmigration #ImmigrationServices
