How often do you collect feedback from your customers?📄 Quite a few of our readers, especially those who work for good marketers, probably collect reviews from time to time.🖊 But, we are sure that there will be many people who understand their importance, but do not think about them at all when working with a client. And then they are either embarrassed or simply forget to take feedback. Unfortunately, we belong to the second category ourselves, but we are already starting to improve.🥺 Reviews of our work can be seen and read on the corresponding page of our website https://lnkd.in/dxMrAhWi .🤩 There aren't many of them out there yet, but that's only because we recently started asking our clients to write their impressions of working with us. If we had mentioned it before, the page would probably already be full of them. Therefore, we are asking our customers: if you have time and inspiration, please write us a letter with an honest review of our work. We will be very grateful to you. 🤗 #reviews #reviewsomela #omela #омела

Sick of agency stagnation? It’s time to reignite that growth with PowerKeg. Here’s an outline on what the initial steps of an engagement would look like: Phase 1: Audit 🔎 We start with fully understanding your agency's current state through multiple calls and our Audit Intake checklist. This audit phase usually takes 1-2 weeks. Phase 2: Align 🤝 After the audit, we organize and prioritize the biggest issues and growth opportunities. We align on which areas to focus on first - it may be people, processes, productization etc. This alignment phase is another 1-2 weeks. Phase 3: Action 🚀 Now it's time to execute on the plan! We start tackling the key issues and opportunities identified, continuing this process monthly until your agency is operating at its full potential. You decide when we're 'finished' solving problems. This action phase starts after the first 2-4 weeks. At PowderKeg, we're with you every step of the way - from strategy to execution. Our proven framework will help rapidly scale your agency's growth. About to start reading "World Class Quality" by Keki R. Bhote per the recommendation of Aaron Vaisman. Yesterday we were discussing quality at our weekly strategic meeting as a team and Aaron asked "Who owns quality in an organization?" The predominant answer was "everyone". It's easy to see why this answer prevails at Mini-Circuits. Quality is such a key part of our business that our 3 part Quality Policy is written on every business card, on our IDs, and across nearly every part of our buildings. "Meet stated requirements, exceed expectations, continuously be improved," are the three parts. The last bit there is the one that sticks out the most in our day to day operations. We celebrate our accomplishments, identify areas for improvement, devise actions for improvement, establish timelines for those actions, and then execute. Your personal journey, professionally or otherwise, is a journey of continuous improvement. Keep reading, keep learning, keep challenging yourself. Love the grind and finding your sticking points so you can learn to surpass them. That's my $0.02 this Saturday morning. Godspeed.
