What would you do with 100 new qualified prospects every week? Last week, we had two different clients ask me for this. So let's talk about lead generation. It's Tedious. It's Time-Consuming. And it's also Teachable. Which means it's something to delegate. Here's how to set it up: 1) Hire a Lead Gen Specialist to find prospects the way you do-- whether they sell on Amazon, guest on Podcasts, write on Facebook groups, post on LinkedIn, etc. 2) Set filter criteria so that the Led Gen Specialist only gives you viable, good prospects. 3) Have the Led Gen Specialist craft a few sentences about that person so that your outreach looks warm. "I loved your guest podcast with X when you mentioned your trip to X. It's on my bucketlist too!" etc. Bam!
