A personal branding system I can’t stop using. The KLT Model (know, like, trust): I used to overthink personal branding until I realized one thing: The goal is to get people to know, like, and trust you (KLT). How? By sharing your core message in 100 different ways, people start to associate you with your values, life, and expertise. Here’s how it works: 1. Know = Get Noticed Create content around trending topics and ideas that inspire. Make sure you’re showing up consistently in your niche. When people keep seeing you, they’ll eventually think, “I know this person.” 2. Like = Be Relatable Share parts of your life—your values, lifestyle, and identity. I often talk about my journey from college teacher to digital writer. Consistency here creates connection. 3. Trust = Show Real Results It’s not just about “how-to” tips. Share real results from your work and clients. This builds trust and crushes skepticism fast. And that’s it. Personal branding doesn’t have to be complicated.
