🌥️ Excited to share my latest OpenGL project : Procedural Sky and Clouds renderer! 🌥️ I've been working on a real-time sky simulation created entirely inside a shader, leveraging advanced scattering functions for stunning sky and cloud effects. 🔹 Blue Sky: Utilizing Mie and Rayleigh scattering functions, I generated the sky's color. The original formulas were too heavy for real-time rendering, so I optimized them with a custom math function to balance performance and visual fidelity. 🔹 The Theory: Mie and Rayleigh scattering are essential for realistic sky simulation, explaining how light interacts with atmospheric particles. I adapted these complex formulas to ensure smooth, real-time calculations.
