Volunteers from our Omni team had an inspiring day at the Co-op Academy in Manchester this week supporting Girls Out Loud 💜 Girls Out Loud empowers and inspires teenage girls in the UK and beyond to have confidence, self-belief, emotional resilience and a positive self-image which, in turn, supports them to think big, embrace risk and reach for the stars. Their Role Model Relay event brought together 170 young girls, 3 inspirational speakers and a host of volunteers helping to raise aspirations and think big. This was such an inspirational day - we saw the impact this had on the girls attending, and why the Big Sister programme is so needed right there in the room. I also got to meet one of my heroes, which was an unexpected bonus!
