🙍♂️ 🙍♀️ User Segmentation in the B2B Marketplace 🙍♂️ 🙍♀️ I am delighted to show my most recent project with RevoU x Telkom Indonesia implementing User Segmentation for the B2B Marketplace. User segmentation is a common approach to group users (both buyer and seller) based on their purchasing and selling behavior. This can help develop a better marketing strategy to be more targeted, effective, and efficient, improving business performance. 👩💻 The segmentation method was performed by applying variables of RFM (Recency, Frequency, and Monetary) for the k-means method, then using the Elbow method and Silhouette score to obtain the number of clusters. I’m excited to share my work on user profiling analysis, which was a key part of my project during my virtual internship at RevoU x Telkom Indonesia. This analysis aimed to gain a deeper understanding of buyer and seller behavior throughout 2023. I successfully segmented buyers and sellers into four distinct groups based on the similarities in three key aspects: GMV, Transactions, and AOV. This segmentation was achieved using the Market Basket Analysis method. Ultimately, I was able to gather crucial information about each segment, providing valuable business insights and tailored recommendations based on the behavior of each segment. I’d like to extend my gratitude to RevoU x Telkom Indonesia for providing me with the opportunity to develop my data analytics skills, which have been instrumental in my growth in the field. Hey there, folks! 👋🏼 I recently wrapped up an exciting project on customer profiling on my virtual internship project with RevoU x Telkom Indonesia, and I can't wait to share the deets with you all! 🤩 The objective was to dive deep into buyer data and identify distinct customer segments based on their purchasing behavior. By analyzing their recency, frequency, and monetary values with Kmeans algorithm (that's RFM for the data nerds out there 🤓), I uncovered four unique clusters: 1. Loyal Engagers 💙 - These awesome people are consistently making purchases, proving their loyalty to our platform. 2. Elite VIPs 💎 - A small but mighty group of super-active buyers who are dropping some serious cash! 💰 3. Potential Whales 🐳 - Occasional shoppers with relatively low-value transactions, but plenty of room to grow! 4. Rapid Repeaters 🔄 - Frequent buyers, but with smaller transaction values. Think individual consumers or small businesses. Armed with these insights, I crafted tailored recommendations to better serve each segment. From personalized campaigns and loyalty programs to enhanced customer experiences and cross-selling opportunities, we're gearing up to take our marketing game to the next level! 🚀 The main goal? The goal of this analysis is that by implementing these strategies, we can potentially increase sales in the next month! 🤑 Talk about a win-win for both our customers and the company! Hello everyone! 🚀 I’m excited to share my RevoU NEXT Program-Virtual Internship X Telkom Indonesia. I asked to develop a dashboard for supporting the initiative of experts which is trying to monitor the company’s performance and provide insight and proper evaluation. Disclaimer: The data provided is a representation of the original data which amount has been adjusted! Business Background: This E-commerce is a B2B Marketplace in Telkom. It is an e-commerce platform with the aim of facilitating access for Indonesian UMKM to government procurement of goods and services, particularly by BUMN. My focus was on developing a dashboard monitoring performance that was expected to support the sales team. The objective of its dashboard is to showcase overall business performance. The dashboard must provide a comprehensive overview of data and highlight growth to assist the sales team in making informed business decisions. Purpose: The primary objective was to develop a dashboard monitoring performance for the sales team and its manager to comprehend the overall business performance. Key findings include: 27.52% increase in revenue growth in 2023 which reached 35 Billion 27.66% increase in GMV in 2023 and reached 8.122 Billion The AOV has grown to 25 Million, up by 13,08% There is a substantial increase in customer activity by seeing total orders in 325.074 Key Insights: The significant increases across all key metrics demonstrate our strong market position and successful business strategies. All these achievements highlight our ability to scale effectively, attract more customers, and drive higher sales. This consistent upward trend in revenue, GMV, AOV, and total orders reflects strong business fundamentals and a solid market position. I extend my gratitude to the team for their support and collaboration.
