" I'm typically leery of content detailing the differences between #generations for fear that it will be one big complaint. That is not this article, or I wouldn't be sharing it. The Fabricator lists specific #needs and #demands from those joining our #workforcetoday that should be internalized by all company #leaders. These folks are #makingusbetter. I can already see ways my #viewofwork has changed since I first stepped foot into the local hardware store where I had my first high school, part-time job. My #boomer dad had to tell me that $6.50 an hour was less important than me studying for my SATs and ACTs when I was applying for college. #Priorities.
