Are women considered equally suited to leadership as men? Here's the good news, In the UK 81% of people think this is true and this is the highest in the G7. The bad news? across the G7 (i.e. the worlds leading democracies) the average is 73% and that has been static since 2018, so no recent progress to equality of perception. For those tempted to think the campaign for a gender balanced workplace/ world, the Reykjarvik Index for leadership is a wake up call against complacency.
