Earlier this November, our Lancaster, PA manufacturing team hosted the pilot sessions for our Front-line Leadership Series (FLS)! This series of training sessions was created to continue to strengthen core leadership principals for our plant leaders in areas such as safety, performance, and employee recognition. Leaders from our Lancaster, Feasterville, and Ivyland plants all joined in over the 4-day training. Big thanks to Don Dakoske and team for hosting, and to Kirk Stinson, COO and Erich Doberenz, Director of Operations for joining as well!
