The SaaS competition is tough. But here are 4 things buyers pay attention to when choosing a solution: #1. Intuitiveness The mission behind every established business is not to show the world its most complex solution but to make the lives of its buyers easier. The less time your buyers spend figuring out what to do, the higher your conversion rates: Work on a user interface that guesses the customer’s next steps, and you’re one step ahead of similar providers. Just think of Figma or Mailchimp. You don’t need to be a pro at email marketing or graphic design to try them out. The platform helps you as you go. #2. A clear mission & personalization Over the years, I’ve seen (and built) enough SaaS products to know the best idea gets lost among the competition when they can’t clearly communicate their mission. In fact, it’s one of the first we discuss with the clients to make sure every feature contributes to a bigger idea. And your users can clearly grasp the idea from the website. No matter how fancy on the inside, it’s the exterior that makes or breaks the initial impression of your product. Doing all these things doesn’t guarantee your solution is a roaring success the day after launch. But it’s ignoring them that will definitely keep you away from the buyer. P.S.
