Why is the veterinary jobs market such a nightmare for practice owners and how can you improve your hiring methods to optimise your chances? This very topic came up on our weekly leadership community call yesterday and this clip illustrates our ethos when it comes to recruiting. ➡ Subjectivity is not your friend when it comes to making good decisions about who to hire. ➡ A plan and process will help you look past the "likeability factor" of candidates and create a shopping list of characteristics your next hire must have. ➡ That process forms one of the four pillars of our Leaders course but you can now "game" your hiring by tapping in to our expertise with our four new recruiter options. ✅ 1. Job Ad Writing Service - finely crafted ad copy that will speak to your target candidates and use NLP techniques to help identify who will bring the characteristics you need. ✅ 2. Job Ad Media Campaign - ads and a media pack to enhance your employer brand and show what you stand for. Stand out in a sea of job ads with extra content that will get you seen. ✅ 3. Job Ad plus Advanced Media Campaign - Social media and design support plus access to our database of over 8000 veterinary professionals to really enhance your visibility and get your ad in front of the people you want to hire. ✅ 4. Full Recruiter Service - our full support crafting all of the above, plus a dedicated campaign manager who will search, filter and select only the very best candidates for you, using advanced interview techniques to eliminate subjectivity. If you're struggling to get applications for any veterinary role please get in touch for a free chat about how we can help you. ➡ Hit me up in my DMs or head to https://lnkd.in/eDzibgQF to see more about our process and services.

𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔 VetClinicJobs 𝒅𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒐 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒗𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒚 𝒋𝒐𝒃 𝒃𝒐𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒔? ➡ As a job seeker, you have numerous options to discover jobs, employers, and clinics by utilising search criteria that are personally significant to you. For instance, if you're specifically interested in working for privately owned or corporate clinics, you can now filter your search by Clinic Ownership. Is it important to you that everyone employed at a clinic earns above the Living Wage? If so, you can discover clinics or employers who also hold this value. What about graduate development programs? This is also a searchable category. ➡ Let's say you've found some clinics or employers you're interested in, but they don't have any current vacancies. With VetClinicJobs, you can opt-in (anonymously) to be notified as soon as they post a job vacancy. Receive new job posting updates at a frequency that suits you or just from the employers or clinics you want to work at. ➡ As we aim for VetClinicJobs to become a trusted employment resource within the veterinary sector, we enable both current and former employees to anonymously share their reviews of clinics. Other job boards and review sites may not offer the confidence that the reviews are genuine—VetClinicJobs seeks to distinguish itself in this regard. Before an anonymous review is posted, the VetClinicJobs team must be entirely confident that it comes from a genuine former or current employee. Ready to take the next step in your recruitment or job seeking journey? Join today at https://lnkd.in/dqp52Yp5 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘷𝘦𝘵 𝘤𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘴 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦!
