Just listened to the latest episode of 'The Grad Scheme of Things' with the CEO of Sky UK & Ireland, Stephen Van Rooyen, and it was packed with valuable insights! Here are a few points that stood out to me: On the importance of curiosity: "Curiosity is the driving force behind innovation. If you're not curious, you're not going to learn and grow. So, never stop asking questions." On the value of failure: "Failure is not the opposite of success, it's a stepping stone to success. The more you fail, the more you learn. So, don't be afraid to fail." On the importance of building relationships: "Your network is your net worth. So, invest in building strong relationships with people.
