Account Manager :)! unfortunately, i dont know him or her, i have never received a single call, or single email. i dont know even a name! #Geidea #magnati knows only 2.65%. 2.85%. 3% where it is getting from us as a merchant and in case of charge back cases, you guys dont bother yourself, terminate the merchant we dont want black points at #mastercard or #Visa! i get to understand that #Geidea #Magnati only care about their businesses with others(stairs where it takes them step up), but no body care about users, like me as a merchant, where is my right? where are the guidelines, where is the instructions! when i received POS machines in the first time! your employee, only knows void password and POS password, any questions call cs that's it. why you don't defend on my behalf! small tip:all sales transaction safe suddenly! while my staff doing sale, we discovered POS machines are not working! why! is there any reason! i don't even know! this way of dealing let us feel we are not a human there is now law, it is only #geidea and #magnati law causing us critical situations, loses of deadline reservations, thousands of dirhams. at the end "sorry to hear that" is it possible to cash this sentence from the teller compensating our loss?

As Ramadan approaches... My family celebrates all holidays, we are multicultural. Ramadan and Eid are a part of our celebrations. - If your colleague(s) are observing Ramadan, please ask questions if you would like to learn more - always respectfully. - Everyone is different and even practicing Muslims may approach Ramadan differently.
