I’ve successfully completed the National Standard Medication Charts 2024 core modules on October 18, 2024. The course covered key areas such as patient identification, adverse drug reactions, VTE prophylaxis, anticoagulation, and medication safety during transitions of care. It’s been an enriching experience that adds to my ongoing commitment to patient safety and improving medication management.
