A lot of our clients today and I would say you know. 80 or so percent of these groups are physician LED practices and then another 20 to 25% that are are larger organizations. And they said if there was a way, right, to pinpoint kind of what would lead based on what they know now to effective hiring, these three key points are what they would do right. AI is a AI is a term that has been thrown out a lot in 2023 and 2024 and a lot of us including myself are a bit confused as to how it definitely helps. Quite specific areas of the practice #1. You know, we want to utilize AI as much as possible to automate the screening process. We understand that there is so much time being spent into recruiting and it's not necessarily netting the results that that that would you know it would be make it worth it #2. Digital onboarding and training, the more I speak to some of our physician LED practices, the more I understand that there's really no onboarding process in place, right. There's not a proper training in place. And and so we always recommend, you know, starting a proper onboarding program, building a training program that can be repeatable, repeatable, repeatable and then ultimately lead to scale for practices. And then last but not least, right, it's partnering with a remote talent organization. Whether that's Edge, whether that's an another organization being able to expand your talent source it, It pays wonders in today's world.
