Have you ever heard of the word “Analysis”? How about its types and what are the components of each? On Wednesday, 13th of March, in our MAN402 Strategic Management class, our students, Dženneta Hubić, Hannah Mayer, Amar Rizvanović, Dino Radic, and Inaya Duran led a presentation on analysis with a focus on Internal analysis and its components. We learned that Internal analysis is the backbone of strategic planning. However, do we know who wears the title of “father of strategy”? Of course, strategy and analysis could not go without Michael Porter and Henry Mintzberg, where we had an interesting debate about which approach is more accurate. What do you think, who won the debate? Team Porter VS Team Mintzberg?
