🗣 Outbound vs Inbound I think every business owner, realtor, or anyone in general prefers inbound Meaning people that come to you to buy your stuff/service Inbound usually takes time, a following, a brand, and to provide a lot of value Outbound is more common for most business owners. 📲 This can be calls, DMs, emails, (one to one), or paid advertising (one to many) What I’ve seen, is that real estate agents use outbound as in cold calls, or paid ads for example 😎 But the best most successful agents, leverage inbound Since they have a huge following, people contact THEM, instead the other way around And the ones who take it to the next level, use inbound and maximize outbound And from there, they get leads, leads, and even more leads. How I get 5 clients a week: (without referrals or ads or agencies) I used to wait for people to come to me. It didn't work (or pay). But over time, I developed a simple system. Just like how a car needs 4 wheels to move. My simple system's 4 wheels are: 1. MODEL → having the right business model 2. TRAFFIC → having the right content strategy 3. CONVERSION → having the right sales process 4. RETENTION → having the right product I set it all up once. Now, I run it over and over again. The beauty is: the more it rolls, the better it becomes. Just like "fine Oud". Repetition is the key, and also consistency. Set your simple system up once. Then, rinse & repeat. PS. Scary 😱, I generate leads through many sources, but today was a bit scary & sad. I prefer it when I help businesses attract more customer activity. It’s easy, I mean I literally refer to my system as the ‘Easy Button’ for review management. So imagine my surprise 😮 as I was leafing through hard copy paid ads, I can’t help but look at it from the business perspective. I found local businesses that paid good money to get people to know, like, and trust them enough to buy their products and services. The scary part ? Page 📄 after Page in this publication from last quarter, I found business after business that had closed their doors for good 😩. I can’t help but wonder 💭 how many I could have helped. Helping businesses get reviews for their reputation and credibility is my sweet spot and I love serving businesses. Seeing so many that missed out on this option to help their business was sad 😢 and a little scary 🫣. I’m bummed I missed helping these folks and I am doubling down to be there even more for more people and their businesses. Odd how something so negative can make you even more committed to what you do. Guess that’s what being of service is all about

🚦You can have top-notch everything in your business or company, if it’s not profitable than it’s not a successful business. That’s the easy part though, believe it or not. It’s much harder actually being the person willing to put in the work. It’s rare, BS hard and takes years of self development whether you’re ready to adapt or not. Your social content output has to alleviate your time, to save you energy and create more business. Take action, make decisions fast. If you’re building a business and spending more than a few minutes on each piece of content, there’s no chance that you’ll output enough of the content that is necessary to overcome sales objections, become recognizable, and the aura of the non-presence itself would dictate less likelihood of your ability to convey trust. If content is difficult for your business, than you might be overthinking it. Make it simple, make it easy, and make it valuable to foresee profits in long stretches of time. Depending on the type of business or offer that you’re bringing to your market, a different approach based on volume and statistics is necessary to understand. High ticket offers and more valuable assets tend to need less volume, where lower ticket offers and less essential assets are usually in need of constant high-volumes of traffic. Without a brand, it’s really difficult to find results with content that sustains a community with a message. Being an influencer or a video creator, no matter how much people enjoy the results of the work, takes loads of time and energy and less often suffices to consistent sales. People are way more picky about who they follow and absorb content from in 2024. Quality content can’t be replaced. Focus on impact and measure your sales, it’s crucial to make it a priority. Create content that activates buyers by speaking to their current state with what you’re hoping to be the bridge to help them across it with by providing results. If they don’t know about the issue they face, than your audience doesn’t know that your offer can solve it for them. Build wealth, think long term and keep moving.

And other lame ways to reach back to your lead and try to figure out what they think of your proposal… Do you ever feel like you already asked too many times, and approached it the same way? ➣ Here is the way, how you don't end up being a noisy fly, but a very professionalI sales.. And no matter if you are a salesperson or just selling your own products and services.. Cause copywriting and words matter, they define the outcome, and here is the way how I do it, having a 6/10 closing rate… 😉 Any time you want to circle back, find some information, that you think might be an additional help for the lead, if you are a real estate agent, it can be some article about rising rents or new listing on the market… 👉🏻 Sending it opens up the conversation in a very subtle and great way, as you seem more to be willing to help, rather than after the sale and commissions... And we all know, how we treat people, who are money-fixated….
