September is #SuicidePreventionMonth. In 2024 through July, Orange County has lost 159 lives to suicide. Pain isn't always obvious, but many who are struggling show warning signs—whether in conversation, actions, or even on social media. These signs might be subtle, but they can be a call for help: -Talking about death or suicide -Searching for methods of self-harm -Expressing feelings of hopelessness or saying they have no reason to live Don’t stay silent.
