Meet the 2024 cohort of AoF’s #FinancialLeadersProgramme Sharing by Martin Noble from Zurich Insurance (Hong Kong) Reflecting on my career so far – it is the sense of community and progress within the financial industry that drives my most satisfying moments – and it is the network of people which has opened up doors of opportunity.  And throughout all of the positive developments and steps forward that the financial industry has taken, it’s clear that the system doesn’t simply move itself – progress relies on the hard work, open mindedness, innovative and collaborative approach of individuals and teams.   These are the key reasons behind my application to join the 2024 cohort of the #AoF’s Financial Leaders Programme.  We’ve since engaged in deep and frank conversation with senior industry leaders and policymakers (I’m both learning and contributing).  We’ve linked with people across Hong Kong’s financial sectors, developing strong connections that we are already utilizing in our day-to-day work.  And we’re building relationships that will shape the future of Hong Kong as an International Financial Centre.   In the 20+ years since I started work, of which more than half of that time has been spent living in Hong Kong and working throughout Asia, Insurance and Financial market development in the region has been incredible.  Yet I have absolutely no doubt that the next 5 years will be even more transformative than the previous 20, and no doubt Hong Kong will be a driving force!   Thank you to #ZurichInsurance for investing in my participation of #FLP2024 – a thoroughly rewarding experience.   More about Martin: https://lnkd.in/gZZ6tg9M #AoF #AoFFLP #2024FLPcohort #LeadershipDevelopment #FinancialTalents #Finance #Leader
