Failure is bad, right?   It’s something you want to avoid?   Jeff Bezos sees it the OPPOSITE way:   He laughs at his BILLIONS of dollars of failures at Amazon as you can see linked below.   That’s NOT because it’s a “SMALL” price to pay for the trillions of dollars of value he’s created.   But because of how he’s USED FAILURE to drive EXTRAORDINARY success.   This ISN’T to say that Jeff celebrates FAILURE.   He talks about how embarrassing it can be and how failure from MISTAKES must be eradicated.   But that’s different to the failure he ENCOURAGES.   This type of failure he calls EXPERIMENTS.   Like Thomas Edison experimenting 10,000 ways to invent the light bulb, Jeff has built the everything store EXPERIMENTING this way.   He has USED FAILURE in the form of experimenting, innovating, inventing to ACCELERATE Amazon’s growth.   And more importantly, he’s built a culture for EXPERIMENTING that can INFINITELY keep growing Amazon.   A lesson here is—If you’re AVOIDING FAILURE, you’re also likely AVOIDING GROWING.   Do you agree?   Do you think people avoid failure at the cost of growth?   Are you growing?   P.S.
