A recent article from Design News outlines five crucial steps in securing IoT technologies.   Among of all of these factors, a crucial point was made about establishing a strong foundation for security in the form of a hardware-based Root-of Trust (RoT).    TCG has developed a number of RoT solutions, including DICE (Device Identifier Composition Engine) that provides smaller IoT devices with set of robust security controls, providing strong cryptographic identity and attestation. It was a very busy week at the Global Logistics Forum in Riyadh last week.
