Transparency in Rental Services: A Cautionary from My Experience with Zolo Stays I wanted to share a recent experience I had with Zolo Stays that highlights the importance of transparency in the rental industry. After being quoted a price both over the phone and on their website, I ended up paying around 2k more than expected due to undisclosed charges and GST even after applying their so called discounts This experience has been quite frustrating, as clear and honest communication is essential for building trust with customers.
