Compared to start-ups, it's easier and more fun to manage a brand that has grown to an extent. But what matters most is keeping things fresh, innovating within a set structure, and falling in love with the brand daily. While working with an established brand is sweet, there is this active energy, constant input, a determined pursuit of growth, and the fire of building when you work with start-ups. Established brands have taught me the power of a strong foundation, the importance of brand consistency, and the art of strategic marketing. Startups, on the other hand, keep me on my toes, forcing me to be creative, resourceful, and adaptable. Now, seeing both sides of the coin allows me to bring a unique opinion to every project. As a social media manager, I can help established brands sustain their youthful glow, and guide startups in building a solid foundation for future success. In the end, my greatest reward is witnessing the growth of these brands. Every milestone achieved, and every new customer acquired, fills me with huge satisfaction. It's like watching your children flourish, and knowing you played a role in their success. So, whether you're an entrepreneur with an established brand or a passionate dreamer with a startup idea, know this: I'm here to champion your journey. What stage is your brand at? Scaling Back Before You Scale Up 🚀 Yesterday, Cathy had the honour of sharing some invaluable insights at the FUEL: 2024 Growth Insights event💡 In the world of start-ups, where hustle culture often glorifies constant motion, oftentimes the path to growth isn't about sprinting forward but rather pausing, reflecting, and recalibrating 💼🔄 As a small brand, one of the most valuable insights is knowing your audience and building a strong community around your brand 🤝 And while setbacks can be discouraging, they're also incredibly important learning opportunities that have helped shape our journey.... Embrace failure as a stepping stone 🔑 At Boundless, our customers aren't just consumers—they're our community. By understanding their needs, we're able to create products and experiences that truly resonate 🌱 Big thank you to KW Marketing for having us 🙌 #thoughtleader #speaker #startup #fmcg

For startups, every step is crucial, and PR can be a game-changer. Here’s why investing in PR early on can set the stage for long-term success.. and maybe even make you the next big thing!: 1. Build Brand Awareness.. your startup needs to get noticed. PR helps put your brand on the map, making sure your target audience knows you’re more than just a gaming room project. 2. Establish Credibility.. a well-crafted PR strategy can position your startup as an industry leader. Because let’s face it, you want people to think you’re the real deal, not just some soul with a laptop and a dream. 3. Attract Investors.. PR can make your startup more attractive to investors by showcasing your potential and success stories. After all, who doesn’t love a good underdog story with a feel-good ending? Yes, like Disney stuff. 4. Drive Customer Acquisition.. effective PR can generate buzz and attract customers. Think of it as “Quiet Place” has ended so you need to shout, “Hey World! We’re here & we’re awesome!” 5. Manage Reputation.. PR helps you stay in control of your brand narrative. It’s like having a superpower to tackle any potential PR nightmares before they become, well, nightmares. Socks, Fried Chicken, giving you clues lah. 6. Support Fundraising Efforts.. with the right PR, your fundraising campaigns can gain more visibility (Angel investors do read e-papers) and traction. Helping you secure the resources needed to grow. Because let’s be honest, your brand could always use more cash injection. In the fast-paced world of startups, PR isn’t just a luxury - it’s a necessity. It amplifies your voice, builds your brand, and lays the foundation for sustained success. Plus, it makes you look cooler than you already are. Yes, just like this emoji 😎 #Suppagood #Startups #PR #PublicRelations #BrandBuilding #BusinessGrowth #Entrepreneurship #StartupLife

WHEN CREATING SOMETHING FROM SCRATCH: Building a brand starts before the buy button! Don't abandon awareness for instant conversions (that just leads to tumbleweeds when the ads run dry...). Remember, marketing's a journey, not a sprint: Awareness 🌱 > Acquisition 🎯 > Engagement 🤝 > Conversion 💼 Stage 1? All about planting those brand seeds! 🌱 Even after launch, nurture those sprouts. Budget strategically, but make sure your brand blooms even when the ad faucet turns off. That's how you know you've built something special ✨ #Branding #Startups #GrowthHacking #MarketingStrategy #SustainableGrowth #AwarenessMatters #NoMoreTumbleweeds

Social Media Marketing strategist - Maximizing your online reach and engagement. I craft effective strategies to boost your brand's visibility, engage your audience, and achieve your marketing goals
Can’t believe it’s been almost a year since I started the business. According to Kotashev 20% of startups Fail in their first years. Interestingly enough, the 2 top reasons for this failure are lack of product-market fit at 34% and 2nd marketing problems at 22%. What does this mean? What it basically means is that startups fail because they are so fixated on the original “baby” that they miss listening to what the consumers' needs are. It is very human to be convictional in our ideologies, our creations, and our abilities that we forget to nature and grow them. Sometimes, this means making changes here and there. As a marketing professional with almost a decade of experience, ever since I started the business, I have had to re-strategize, re-brand, try new things, and seek advice from engineers, marketers, and creators alike. One thing is for certain I have learned and changed things where need be. This is a reminder that it is ok to change. it's ok to try new things, it’s ok if you don’t know it all. What is the one thing you are still trying to figure out? #Marketing #startups #businessowner #change #cradleidentityllc #cradleidentity #creators #content
