*Hiring - Open AM Role for PA/MD/WV*
To the legitimate top performers who are bored....
I contend that 'rockstar' is the most overused descriptor for hiring. Prove me wrong. We use that word, this singular adjective, as a lazy megaphone for appealing to top performers. When the truth is, if you actually are a 'rockstar' then job postings on LI are background noise (at best).
How about I just post a really honest description of the person I need on my team? My team is comprised of hunters. Really, really good hunters. They enjoy playing offense over defense. They love having superior technology and unseating the incumbent. They have charisma, creativity, and can give a pitch that puts 'farmer' AMs to shame. And they have fun doing it.
